Coach Williams announced the addition of former student-athlete Brady to coaching staff
FORT COLLINS – A familiar face will return to the bench in Moby Arena as coach Ryun Williams has announced the addition of former student-athlete Annie Brady to the coaching staff as an assistant coach.
Â
"We are very excited to add a Ram Legend to our women's basketball staff," said Williams. "Annie will be a prideful, energetic and knowledgeable addition to the team. Her familiarity with Colorado State, the Mountain West, and our system will allow her to make an impact immediately! Annie was without a doubt one of the hardest workers we have ever had, and I am excited to watch her passion for this program spill over into our current players."
Â
Annie Brady was a two-year letterwinner for the Rams and ranks in the top five in program history in career rebounds. Named to the Mountain West All-Defensive Team in 2020, she also holds the record for most rebounds in a single game with 23 vs. San Jose State in 2020.
Â
"I'm grateful for the opportunity to be back with Colorado State Women's Basketball," said Brady. "I loved my time here as a student-athlete and am excited for the upcoming season! We have a great group, and I can't wait to get to work this summer. Go Rams!"
Â
After graduating from Colorado State in 2020, Brady embarked on an 18-month church mission to Taiwan, enriching her experiences both culturally and personally. After, she took her basketball talents to Switzerland where she played for the BBC Les Portes Du Soleil Troistorrents.
