Ali Farokhmanesh signs the highest-rated transfer class in program history
FORT COLLINS – The Farokhmanesh era is off to a strong start in Fort Collins as the first-year head coach welcomes his first transfer class. The Rams class is ranked atop the Mountain West and 42nd in the nation, upon completion, according to 247Sports. It is the best transfer class in program history featuring two four-star prospects (Josh Pascarelli and Brandon Rechsteiner) and two three-star (Carey Booth and Jase Butler).
This group of Rams joins freshman signees Jojo McIver and Docker Tedschi.
"I am excited to welcome this group of young men to the Colorado State men's basketball family," Farokhmanesh said. "Whenever we recruit people to our program, it is not just about being highly-skilled and talented, but being high-level humans. The foundation built here these past seven years by Nico Carvacho, David Roddy, Isaiah Stevens, Jalen Lake, Nique Clifford and many more is a standard recognized around the nation. I cannot wait for June to arrive and have everyone on campus to compete and build the next generation of CSU basketball."
