The Rams sent two women's throwers to indoor nationals last year and do the same in 2026, with one in the weight throw and one in the shot put. Long enters the shot put ranked ninth in the nation at a mark of 17.69-meters/58-feet-.05. The Baylor transfer makes her Nationals debut due to her personal best at the MW Indoor Championships. Long comes in about six and a half feet behind Nebraska's Axelina Johansson who leads the nation and enters as the defending champion.Â

Â
Borrman represents the Rams in the weight throw after making a trip to nationals in the outdoor season in the hammer throw. Borrman has had her eyes on nationals all-season long, having ranked in the top sixteen for most of the year. The Loveland native has also shown remarkable consistency, having reset her personal best in three of her last four contests. Her best throw of the season comes in at 22.16/72-85, eleventh in the country. Borrman ranks roughly eight feet behind NCAA leader Anthonett Nabwe who finished eleventh at nationals last season. Â
Â
Â
Weight throw will compete on Friday, March 13th at 3:00 PM MT. The shot put takes place Saturday, March 14th at 1:45 PM MT. Â
