2017 (Senior): Started all 13 games at cornerback, recording 43 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, two interceptions, four pass breakups and a fumble recovery. Earned Academic All-Mountain West honors.
  • Tallied five tackles and a fumble recovery in the season-opening win over Oregon State (Aug. 26).
  • Intercepted two passes against Colorado (Sept. 1), the first multi-interception game by a Ram since Tyree Simmons in 2014.
  • Recorded four total tackles at No. 1 Alabama (Sept. 16).
  • Made five tackles including 2.0 tackles for loss in the win at Utah State (Oct. 7).
  • Logged three solo tackles, including a tackle for loss, and made a pivotal pass breakup on New Mexico's final drive of the game (Oct. 20).
2016 (Junior): Played in all 13 games and started 11, recording 29 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, one pass breakup and one quarterback hurry... returned six kickoffs for 117 yards (19.5). Earned Academic All-MW honors.
  • Recorded a career-high five tackles at Minnesota (Sept. 24).
2015 (Sophomore): Appeared in 12 games at both defensive back and on special teams, recording four tackles and four kickoff returns for 143 yards and a touchdown.
  • Returned three kickoffs in a win at Fresno State (11/28), including a 96-yard touchdown on the opening kickoff of the second half... It was the sixth-longest return in school history, and the longest scoring kick return since 2000.
  • Earned 2015 Academic All-Mountain West honors for the second time.
2014 (Freshman):
Played in 12 games, recording 12 tackles (eight solo)... Played a primary role on special teams.
  • Collegiate debut came in a win over Colorado (8/29).
  • Recorded a career-best three tackles (one solo) in the game vs. Boise State (9/6).
  • Earned 2014 Academic All-Mountain West honors.
High School:
  • Is a 2014 graduate of Edison High School in Fresno, Calif.
  • Named first-team All-County/Metro in 2012 as a standout running back.
  • Helped the Tigers to a 9-2 record as a senior in 2013.
  • As a junior in 2012, led Edison to a 9-4 record and an appearance in the semifinals of the California football championships before losing to eventual champions Clovis North.
