(Outdoor): Competed in three meets...Ran a 10K PR of 30:55.22 at Mines Kit Mayer Classic...Recorded a 5K PR of 14:15.27 at Bryan Clay Invite.

Redshirt Freshman (2020-21)
(Cross Country): Appeared in three meets...Third Ram to finish at the Mountain West Championships, placing 19th with a time of 24:19.3...Finished 12th in the Colorado State-Wyoming Dual with a time of 18:49.1...Represented CSU's third scorer at the Battle Born Collegiate XC Challenge, finishing 39th with a time of 24:08.4.
(Indoor): Did not compete.
(Outdoor): Competed in three meets...Made official CSU track debut in the 1500m at the CSU Pueblo Invite, finishing eighth with a time of 3:57.84...Recorded 5000 PR of 14:25.59 with fourth-place finish at Rock Chalk Classic.

Freshman (2019-20)
(Cross Country): Ran unattached at Wyoming Invite, but put up an 18th overall finish, which would of been good for CSU's fifth scorer...Placed 26th, 5th for CSU, in the UCCS Open 8k with a time of 25:30.4
(Indoor): Competed in one meet unattached, the Colorado Invitational in the 300m, finishing 14th with a time of 8:37.93.

High School: Coached by Ken Flint in cross country and Johnny Bertrand in track and field at Durango H.S. …  4x800 relay state champion 2019 … Ran the second leg of the 4A 4x800 relay championship team (7:48.55) … Finished 24th nationally in the 2019 New Balance Nationals Outdoor in the 4x800 relay and 10th in the 4xMile Relay … Put out at 4:32.11 for 13th place in the 1600 at 2019 CHSAA 4A State Track and Field Championships … Won the 1600 Pine River Invitational (4:34.15) … Placed second in the Farmington Early Bird 1600 (4:40.17) … Obtained personal record of 9:36.6 in the 3200 at Liberty Bell Invitational … Won the 3200 Piedra Vista Invitational (9:50) … Anchored Durango’s second place 4x400 Relay at Pine River Invite … Also pole vaulted ... Led Durango to a fourth-place finish in the 2018 CHSSA 4A XC State Championships by being the top scorer in 12th place (16:35.4) – five spots in front of fellow CSU signee Cal Banta … In the Nike Desert Twilight XC Festival 5K Sweepstakes, logged a 21st place spot at 15:38.88 to aid Durango to a third-place team score … Led Durango to a sixth-place team finish at the Liberty Bell Invite 5K Sweepstakes-A with a 17th place finish at 15:58.0 … At the 2018 Cheyenne Mountain Stampede 4A 5K, top performer for first-place Durango after finishing with a time of 16:29.7 for sixth – two spots behind Banta … Spent freshman and sophomore years at Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua, Wisconsin, coached by Kevin FitzPatrick … Part of state championship cross country team in 2016 … Named First Team GNC All-Conference in 2016.

Personal: Son of Joe and Molly … Brother, Will, competes on University of New Hampshire’s ski team … undecided major.

In His Own Words: “A big selling point was how they develop their athletes. They’ve had a lot of their athletes who are in the same position as me who will come in, and four years later, you’ll see them having high finishes at the national meet. The way they improve through their four years was really impressive to me.”
