2012 (Sophomore): One of CSU[apos]s three 300-plus pound defensive linemen. Tucci started all 12 games for the Rams while he compiled 28 tackles and one tackle for loss.
- Made his collegiate debut against in-state rival Colorado (Sept. 1). He recorded one solo tackle.
- In Colorado State[apos]s home-opener against North Dakota State (Sept. 8) registered two tackles.
- In the Rams[apos] first true road game at San Jose State (Sept. 15) set a career-high with four tackles.
- In a home loss to Utah State (Sept. 22), tallied two stops.
- Against the powerhouse offense of Fresno State (Oct. 6), had two tackles and his first career tackle for loss. Tucci combined with Lanston Tanyi to bring down the Bulldog running back in the backfield.
- In a home victory over first-year MW member Hawai[apos]i (Oct. 27) tied a career-high with four tackles and had his second game with a tackle for loss. With the game tied at 7 and Hawai[apos]i on the CSU seven-yardline, Tucci and Davis Burl brought down the Warriors running back for a one-yard loss.
2011 (Freshman): Did not play; spent season as a varsity-reserve performer.
2010: Redshirted as a true freshman in his first season of college eligibility.
High School: Selected Class 6A first-team all-state (sunstatefootball.com) and first-team all-county as an offensive tackle by both the South Florida Sun-Sentinel and the Miami Herald as a senior, playing on both the offensive and defensive lines at Cypress Bay High School, west of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. ...A team captain as a senior, helped the Lightning to the first round of the Florida Region 3-6A playoffs in 2009, and consecutive District 11 championships (2007-08)...Served on the front lines for one of the state[apos]s premier rushing attacks, in Florida[apos]s largest classification, 6A...A pillar on an offensive line that averaged better than 225 rushing yards per game in 2009, earned an invitation to the prestigious Aloha Prep Bowl, a Dec. 12 contest in Honolulu pitting mainland all-stars against those from the Pacific Islands...As a junior, started on a 10-2 team that advanced to the second round of the state playoffs; the squad featured five Division I signees, including RB Jason Douglas, a 1,000-yard rusher who signed with Pitt...CBHS went 20-4 over his sophomore and junior campaigns, including a 10-2 mark in 2007, when the Lightning had a pair of 1,000-yard rushers and topped 300 yards per game on the ground, again advancing to Round 2 of the playoffs...Also played rugby, a sport that allowed him to carry the ball...Head football coach was Mark Guandolo...Recruited by Southern Miss, Western Michigan, Troy, Liberty and Middle Tennessee State.
