2017 (Redshirt): Did not play, and redshirted.

2016 (Sophomore): Played in 11 games and started seven at defensive back, recording 39 tackles and three interceptions... Was the only player in the country this season to record an interception in three consecutive games through Week 7... Became the first Ram since 2014 (Trent Matthews and Tyree Simmons) to record three interceptions in a season.
  • Recorded his first career interception in the fourth quarter of a win against UTSA (Sept. 10), a game in which he also recorded a career-high six tackles.
  • Logged his second interception in as many games, picking off a pass from Northern Colorado quarterback Kyle Sloter in the red zone.
  • Picked off his third pass in consecutive games (Sept. 10-24) during the first half at Minnesota... Also recorded a 29-yard reception on a successful fake punt.
  • Recorded seven tackles against Wyoming (Oct. 1).
  • Logged a career-high eight tackles against Utah State (Oct. 8) before exiting the game in the fourth quarter with an injury.
2015 (Freshman): Appeared in 12 games as a true freshman, recording 10 tackles (5 solo) and two pass breakups.
  • Made his collegiate debut in a victory over Savannah State (9/5).
  • Did not play vs. Colorado (9/19).
  • Made two tackles in a win at UTSA (9/26), the first two of his career.
  • Taking over in the first half for injured safety Trent Matthews, made a career-most four tackles and a pass breakup in a come-from-behind win at Fresno State (11/28).
High School:
  • Is a 2015 graduate of Liberty High School in Bakersfield, Calif.
  • Named first-team All-Southwest Yosemite League in 2014 after hauling in 37 receptions for 902 yards and nine touchdowns.
