Elijah Blackman joined the CSU staff in March 2019 as assistant football strength and conditioning coach. Prior to coming to the Rams’ program, he was a graduate assistant at Arkansas for a year from 2018-19.
During his time at Arkansas, Blackman was responsible for overseeing men’s and women’s tennis, baseball, and women’s basketball. Prior to his time spent with the Razorbacks he interned with South Carolina for a year where he assisted with baseball, men’s and women’s basketball and track & field in 2017.
Blackman is a Tampa, FL native where he attended Saint Leo University from 2013-17 and played all four years of college basketball. He was awarded NABC Honors Court his junior and senior season for excelling on the court as well as in the classroom. Blackmon received his bachelor’s degree in sports business in the spring of 2017.
