Jagger Pagano
Jagger Pagano was hired in December of 2025 as the assistant tight ends coach.
 
Pagano played linebacker for four seasons at San Diego, where he earned all-league honors as a senior. He is following the footsteps of a famous football family as his father, John, coached in the NFL for 26 seasons, while his uncle, Chuck, is a longtime coach in both college and the NFL. His grandfather, Sam, is a member of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame after a storied career as a high school football coach at Fairview.
