Miles Fishback was hired in December of 2025 as the assistant quarterbacks coach, joining the staff after spending the past two seasons with Arkansas.

Fishback spent the 2025 season with the Razorbacks as the interim quarterbacks coach, elevated from the assistant role in 2024. He was at Texas A&M the previous two seasons where he was an offensive analyst.

In 2022, he was the special teams coordinator and running backs coach at Morehead State. He spent one year at Missouri State as a quality control coach for running backs, a season with Butte Community College as the wide receiver’s coach after beginning his coaching career at his alma mater, Adams State, where he was a running backs coach and equipment manager for a pair of seasons.

He played wide receiver for two seasons at Adams State after starting his career at Butte College.
