Pryce Tracy joined Jim Mora's initial staff in December 2025 and is named the offensive coordinator. Tracy was the pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach at UConn under Mora for 2025 season.

Tracy had quite the student in 2025 as UConn quarterback Joe Fagnano put up numbers which had him in Heisman Trophy conversation as a Davey O’Brien Award finalists. Fagnano threw for 3,448 yards while completing 69 percent of his passes. More impressively, he threw 28 touchdown passes against just one interception. Many of those targeted Biletnikoff Award finalist Skyler Bell, who was second in the nation with 101 receptions, good for 1,278 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Prior to his stint at UConn, he spent three seasons on the Georgia staff as the assistant to head coach Kirby Smart and the assistant tight ends coach. While there, the Bulldogs played for three consecutive SEC Championships, winning the national championship in 2023 with a 15-0Â mark.

Tracy spent three years at Idaho (2019-21) as a running backs coach and recruiting coordinator. Additionally he’s made stops at Arkansas Tech (2018, QB coach/recruiting coordinator), Notre Dame (2013-18, multiple roles) and Alabama (2011, recruiting specialist).
