- In 2013 as a senior, recorded 48 tackles, including 4.5 sacks and two tackles for loss, while forcing one fumble and blocking one field goal.
- Named Frontier High School Titans Varsity Outstanding Defensive Lineman as a senior.
- Selected to play in the U.S. Army Bakersfield Arena Bowl, an annual all-star game for seniors in the Bakersfield area.
- Two-time Bakersfield Jockey Club Outstanding Athlete Award winner (2012 and 2013).
