2012 (Junior): Was a key contributor to the CSU special teams units and saw an increase in playing time at the linebacker position near the end of the season. Teofilo played in 10 games and finished the year with one tackle.

Made his Division I debut against in-state rival Colorado (Sept. 1) on the kickoff return unit.
Recorded his first career tackle in a Rams home victory over Hawai[apos]i (Oct. 27) when he brought down one of the nation[apos]s most dangerous kick return men in Mike Edwards.
With the help of Eli Edwards, leads the team in a tribal chant similar to the Haka before practices and games.

New Mexico Military Institute: Spent two years playing football at the New Mexico Military Institute before transferring to Colorado State in the spring of 2012.
