Holker signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent on April 27, 2024. He was also selected by the Birmingham Stallions in the fifth round of the 2024 UFL draft on July 17. Holker was one of four Saints UDFAs to make the team's initial 53 man roster.

• Enjoyed one of the most productive single-seasons by any Ram in program history
• A unanimous second-team All-American by all five NCAA selectors
• Tallied 767 yards on 64 receptions with six touchdowns on the season
• Reception and yardage totals were the most by any FBS tight end during the regular season
• 767 yards are the second-most in a single-season by a CSU tight end
• 64 receptions are the third-most in a single-season by a CSU tight end
• Reached 100-yards receiving in back-to-back games at Colorado and Middle Tennessee
• Recorded a season-high 11 receptions and 112 yards at MTSU, including a touchdown
• Scored a pair of touchdowns at Colorado, which included a pass from wide receiver Tory Horton
