Colton Bosnos came to Colorado State as part of Jay Novell's initial staff in January 2022 as Director of Football Operations. He was promoted to Associate A.D. / Chief of Staff in 2025.
Prior to Colorado State, Bosnos spent four seasons at Nevada in various capacities in both operations and recruiting.
In his role with the Rams, Bosnos has oversight of the program’s administrative and operational functions, as well as shaping the program’s strategic vision along with head coach Jay Norvell. His main areas of focus include overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations, fundraising, team travel, budget, opponent scheduling, facilities and non-coaching personnel. He also serves as the program’s primary liaison to the athletic department and other campus partners.
Bosnos was born and raised in Las Vegas, attending Boulder City High School where he played football and baseball. He went on to play Junior College baseball at Shasta College, while earning his AA in justice management before attending Nevada. In 2018, Bosnos received his bachelor’s degree from Nevada in business administration with an emphasis in management.
