Rafal Ciepiela joined the Colorado State sports medicine team in August 2021 as an assistant athletic trainer with the football program.
Rafal earned his bachelor's degree at Kean University in Union, New Jersey. He spent 2018-2019 in Atlanta, first spending a season with the Atlanta Falcons, and then one season with the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football. Most recently he completed his master’s degree in Administration of Higher Education at Auburn where he was a graduate assistant with the football program.
He currently resides in Fort Collins with his wife Zoey.
