2016 (Senior): Started 12 games at cornerback, recording 44 tackles, 1.0 tackles for loss, six pass breakups and a forced fumble.

  • Recorded two pass breakups in the season opener against Colorado (Sept. 2).
  • Logged a career-high three pass breakups to go with six tackles in a win over Utah State (Oct. 8).

2015 (Junior): Played in 12 games and started seven contests, recording 38 tackles (30 solo), one interception and eight pass breakups... Tied for third in Mountain West with two forced fumbles.

  • Recorded a career-best seven tackles (5 solo) and four pass breakups in an overtime loss to Minnesota (9/12).
  • Picked off a pass and forced a fumble in a 38-17 Homecoming victory over Air Force (10/17)... The interception set up a Rams touchdown and the forced fumble led to a field goal.
  • Forced his second fumble of the season at Wyoming (11/7), helping the Rams shut out the Cowboys for the first 57:35 of the game... Also had six tackles in the win.

2014 (Sophomore): Played in 12 games (eight starts), recording 42 tackles (27 solo), including two tackles for loss, five pass breakups and three interceptions... Tied for the team lead for interceptions.

  • Recorded season-most six tackles (three solo), and also had a solo tackle for loss, at Boise State (9/6)... added two pass breakups.
  • Registered first career interception vs. Hawai’i (11/8) and returned it eight yards... Added three tackles and three pass breakups in the victory.
  • Picked off two passes late in the game vs. New Mexico (11/22)... On his second interception of the day, had a 68-yard return as he flew down the sideline before he was pushed out of bounds inside the 10-yard line... Became CSU's first defender with two picks in a single game since DeAndre Elliott vs. Hawai’i in 2012.
  • Registered at least three tackles in nine games in 2014.
  • CSU’s defense allowed just 25.1 points per game, the fewest points per contest allowed by the Rams defense since 2006 (21.9).

2013 (Freshman): Registered 28 tackles (24 solo) in 14 games for the Rams, recording three starts... Also was a threat in the return game, averaging 9.6 yards per punt return and 24.0 yards per kick return.

  • Registered his first collegiate start in a 55-22 victory at Wyoming (10/19), recording four solo stops and a pass breakup.
  • At Hawai’i (10/26), recorded his first career sack early in the fourth quarter when he brought down UH quarterback Taylor Graham for a loss of four yards.
  • Had his second tackle for loss on the road at New Mexico (11/16)... In the route of the Lobos, he finished with a season-best five tackles, all solo stops.
  • Played a crucial role in limiting Utah State to 43 passing yards (11/23), the fewest allowed by the Rams in more than a decade.
  • Earned 2013 Academic All-Mountain West honors.

High School:

  • Is a 2013 graduate of Gardena High School in Gardena, Calif.
  • Earned first-team All-Marine League honors on both offense and defense as a senior in 2012.
  • Rushed for 1,488 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2012 while hauling in 26 receptions for 475 yards and four scores.
  • In a 55-14 thrashing of Hawthorne, tied a school record by scoring six touchdowns on just 11 carries... Finished the night with 137 yards rushing and 26 yards receiving.
  • Defensively, racked up 61 tackles (41 solo), 18 pass breakups, six tackles for loss, three interceptions and a sack during his senior campaign.
  • Three-year captain for the Panthers.
