Rachel Herndon returned to her alma mater in May of 2024 after spending five years as an educator.
She worked with the CSU football program as an intern in operations and recruiting during her undergrad. Following graduation from Colorado State, Herndon became an elementary school teacher. During that time Herndon was the assistant athletic director at Littleton Preparatory Charter School and the junior high boy's basketball coach.
