2010 (Freshman): Won the 400-meter dash at the Potts Invite (Jan. 23)...Finished 10th in the 200-meter dash at the Don Barrett Air Force Duals (Jan. 30)...Finished 25th in the 400-meter dash at the Tom Benich Track and Field Classic (April 3)...Came in 12th in the 400-meter dash at the University of Colorado Invite (April 10).
High School: Emma lettered in swimming, cross country and track during her tenure at Glenwood Springs High School in Glenwood Springs, Colo. She holds her high school[apos]s records in the 4x400, 4x100, 4x200 and medley relays.
Personal: Emma was born June 11, 1991, to Burt and Hope Waibel in Clovis, N.M. She is a second-generation athlete as her father played lacrosse at the Air Force Academy. She has an older sister, Katie. Majoring in health and exercise science.
