(Cross Country): Out of eligibility...Won the Colorado State-Wyoming Dual running unattached with a time of 17:44.8.
(Indoor): Finished second place in the 5000m at the NCAA Championships with a time of 13:29.60 that reestablished his own school record for the second time, cutting nearly eight seconds off his previous mark...Became the highest finishing Ram in the 5000m at NCAA Championships...Joined former teammates Jerrell Mock and Grant Fischer as the only other Rams to compete in the 5000m at national meet...Had the 7th-best time in NCAA prior to NCAA Championships but entered as fourth seed. Won the 5,000-meter race at the Iowa State Classic at 13:37.73 which reestablished his CSU record by shaving 2.38 seconds off his previous record...Won the 5,000-meter race at Mines Front Range Open, setting a facility record at Steinhauer Fieldhouse at 14:16.29 that also represents the top 5,000m time in the NCAA at the completion of weekend.
(Outdoor): Competed in five meets...Won the Mountain West 10K and 5K, becoming the third person ever to win both events at same MW championship meet...Accumulated 20 points for the Rams en route to the men's team title...Named MW Outstanding Performer, being the fourth Ram to earn the accolade...Reestablished his school record in the 10K at NCAA Championships with a time of 27:44.87 for fifth place, while he grabbed the CSU record in the 5K with his 13:31.27 showing in the 5K...Captured the school's outdoor 10,000m record at the Sound Running College Invite in Irvine, Calif. with a time of 28:08.95 that also won the event...Won the 5K at 14:10.67 in the Jack Christiansen Invite, missing the home track record by .45 seconds.
