2011 (Sophomore): Set a new personal record in the 800-meter run at the University of Colorado Invite (April 8), placing fifth, with a time of 1:59.03...Set another personal record in the 1,500-meter run at the Jack Christiansen Invite (April 22), finishing sixth, with a time of 4:16.04.

2010 (Freshman): Ran his best race finishing eighth (1:59.72) in the 800-meter run at the Jack Christiansen Invite (May 8)...Opened the season placing 19th at the Colorado State-Pueblo Open (March 28) with a time of 2:07.79 in the 800-meter run. Competed in the 800-meter run at both the Tom Benich Track and Field Classic at the University of Northern Colorado (April 3) and the CU Invitational (April 10) finishing 36th and 26th respectively.

High School: Kevin lettered in both cross country and track and field while attending Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colo. He received all-conference honors in both sports and was named the top athlete of his team all four years in cross country. He holds his high school[apos]s records in the 5K run (16:20), the 800-meter run (1:57.8) and the 400-meter run (49.5).

Personal: Kevin was born on June 10, 1990, to Marianne and Joseph Aiken in Chicago, Ill. He has a younger sister, Sarah. He is majoring in mechanical engineering.
