(Indoor): Competed in six meets including the Mountain West Championships and NCAA Championships...Earned USTFCCCA First Team All-America after placing eighth in the 400m at NCAA Championships...Became the first female to win the 200 and 400 at MW meet since 2005...Also became the first female to win five 400m titles between indoor and outdoor...Her 51.78 in the 400 at conference broke the championship record...Notched 20 points for the team en route to their MW Championship and was named the MW Women's Performer of the Meet...In the 200 at MW, she clocked a 23.00 for the CSU record and a Canadian record...Placed 1st in the 200m at the Potts Invitational with a time of 23.52... Also placed 1st in the 400m at the Colorado Invitational and the Air Force Invitational... At the Colorado Invitational, hit a PR in the 400m with a time of 51.53, 1st in CSU history and in Mountain West history, a PR in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:36.28, 1st in CSU history.
(Outdoor): Competed in five meets including the Mountain West Championships and NCAA West Prelims...Did not finish competing at regionals due to sickness...At MW Meet, won her sixth total conference 400 meter...Had a hand in 32 points at conference with the 400m win, the third-place 200m, and runner-up in both relays - 4x100 and 4x400...Reestablished both school records in the 200 and 400 at conference.
Junior (2020-21)
(Indoor): Competed in four meets...Reestablished her own 400m school record twice in the season...Concluded the season cutting .09 off her 400 time by finishing 52.76 and taking second place at the Championships at the Peak meet...First was at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 52.83, shaving .65 seconds off her previous record...Also at ISC, cut .28 seconds off her 200m PR to finish first at 23.88 and move to fourth all-time in school history...Won the 400m at the AIr Force Invitational with a time of 54.08...Won the 55-meter dash at Wyoming Power Meet with the fourth-best time in CSU history at 6.94.
(Outdoor): Competed in seven meets including the Mountain West Championships and NCAA West Prelims...Won her fourth MW 400m championship...Also placed sixth in the 200m and part of the 4x100m relay team...Placed 13th in the 400m prelims at NCAA West prelims, which was one spot away and .12 seconds from advancing to the NCAA Championships...The race included Athing Mu who set a college record at the time and became the fastest U20 woman in US history...In the race, Gale reestablished her 400m school record to 51.96, shaving off .26 seconds off the previous time...Earlier in the season, she reestablished her own 400m school record at home in the Doug Max Invitational, clocking a 52.24 for first place...Won the 200m at CU Invitational for the third-best time in CSU history at 23.61...Also won the 100m at CU Invitational with a time of 11.67 for the seventh-best mark in school history...A part of the first-place 4x100m relay team at CU Invitational...Raced on both first-place relay teams (4x100 & 4x400) at the CSU Pueblo Invite...Won the 400m at Sooner Invitational and Rock Chalk Classic.

(Indoor): Competed in seven meets including three unattached...Earned two medals at Mountain West Championships (400m & 4x400m relay)...Defended her 400m title by winning and setting a CSU record at 53.48...A part of the third-place 4x400m relay team at MW meet and finished seventh in 200 meter race...Recorded a PR in the 200m in the prelims at MW meet...Solely responsible for 12 points with the additional 6 from the relay team at MW Championships...Won the 300m at the Air Force Holiday Open...At Don Kirby, finished ninth in 200 meter with .02 off then PR, and tied then-PR in 400m with seventh place finish and a part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team.
