Olivia was a varsity letterwinner in both track and volleyball while attending Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins, Colo., where she was named all-conference in the 4x400-meter relay, the triple jump and the long jump. She holds school records in the 4x200-meter relay, the triple jump and the long jump. In her junior and senior years, she was a volleyball team captain.

Olivia was born July 11, 1990, to Shane Downing and Tammy Pearcy in Denver, Colo. She has three brothers, Keston Downing and Nate and Kyle Pearcy, and one sister, Tannis Downing. She is majoring in biological science.
