Mackenzie Campbell joined the CSU sports medicine staff in December 2022 and works alongside Adam Deimling with the track and field/cross country teams.

Mackenzie earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at George Fox University, where she completed rotations with GFU’s football team, Portland State University’s football team, and an outpatient clinic with OHSU medicine. Mackenzie also spent a summer in Valencia, Spain as an intern with a physiotherapy clinic, Clinica Aston. She then earned her master’s degree in Kinesiology while completing a graduate assistantship at Utah State University. While at USU, she worked primarily with the football and women’s tennis teams. Most recently, Mackenzie spent a year with the track and field/cross country programs at Virginia Tech.

Campbell has been an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) since 2017. She is originally from Maple Valley, WA, and now resides in Fort Collins, CO.
