2013-14 (Sophomore): Competed in two tournaments for the Rams...In six rounds, averaged 79.6 strokes per 18 holes...In her first collegiate tournament in over a year (redshirted in 2012-13), carded a 77 at the Ptarmigan Ram Fall Classic, a single-round career-best...In that same tournament, shot a 54-hole total of 239, also a career-best...Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors, the highest academic award bestowed by the conference, for the second time in her career.
2012-13: Sat out using a redshirt.
2011-12 (Freshman): Competed in four tournaments for the Rams... Produced her season-low three-round total of 243 at the Price[apos]s 'Give `Em Five' Invitational... Her best round of the year also came in the Price[apos]s 'Give `Em Five' Invitational when she shot a 79 in the final round... Compiled a stroke average of 83.08 in 12 rounds... Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete award, the highest academic honor bestowed by the conference and MW academic all-conference honors.
Elkhart High School: Played golf all four years...Earned all-conference honors in 2009 and 2010...Garnered all-state and academic all-state honors in 2010...Three-time team MVP and team captain in 2008-10...Led her team to a regional medal in 2009 and a sectional medal in 2008 and 2010...Set school records for nine-hole low-score (33) and 18-hole low-score (69)...Was also a four-year letter earner in basketball...Graduated first-in-class and received the Academic Athlete Award all four years.
Personal: Born July 18, 1994, to Tim and Kelly King...Has two brothers, Austin and Spencer...Major is Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering.
