COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
To foster qualities such as teamwork, self confidence, perseverance, physical and mental strength, and a sense of self worth in the divers I coach, and to help my athletes learn the transferable life skills that are vital to be successful in all avenues of life, both within and outside the sport of diving.

I am fundamentals driven. I believe in the segmentation of diving mechanics to build the total dive through reinforced muscle memory development.  I strive to provide a safe practice and competitive environment and through detailed  practice planning and development, foster a culture of increased performance and confidence.
