Track & Field Kicks Off Season

The Colorado State indoor track and field team will begin its season on Friday at the Wyoming Open. The Rams return 17 all-conference selections from last season, including All-American Magnus Lohse in the shot put.
Colorado State finished second in both the men's and women's competition at last season's Mountain West Conference Championship, which will be held this season for the first time at the University of New Mexico.
The Rams begin their season on Friday, then take a month off from competition for finals and the holidays and return to the track Jan. 21 at the New Mexico Invitational in Albuquerque.
The Rams will compete in six different meets before competing in the Mountian West Championships Feb. 23-25. Below is the complete indoor schedule for 2006.
