Ram Tennis Dominates Wisconsin-Green Bay

The Colorado State women?s tennis team improved to 5-2 on the year with a 7-0 victory over Wisconsin-Green Bay Monday at Bally?s in Las Vegas.
The Rams claimed the doubles point after winning 8-6 at No. 1, 8-1 at No. 2 and 8-3 at No. 3. CSU then claimed two-set wins at all six singles positions on the day.
Ram senior Alex Paganetti earned a victory at No. 5 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 match while Jessica Jones won her singles match 6-1, 6-0 at the No. 4 spot. Jasmin Singh gave up only two points on the day with a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 6 singles.
?The weather was cold and windy today and we struggled a little bit with that,? commented head coach Jon Messick. ?Wisconsin-Green Bay played hard against us and was very strong at the No. 1 and No. 2 spots.?
Colorado State will compete against Southern Utah on Tuesday in Las Vegas in a match that begins at noon PT.
