Rams Come In 13th at CU Heather Farr Invitational

Broomfield, Colo. - The Colorado State women's golf team battled windy conditions Tuesday at the Omni Interlocken Golf Club and finished in a tie for 13th with a final round 330. The Rams completed the tournament with rounds of 311, 309 and 330 for a three-round total of 950.

Ram junior Chelsea Benton carded the team's lowest round of the day with a 79 giving her a three-round total of 233, good for a tie for 31st in the tournament. Megan Chapman had rounds of 77, 78 and 83 for a 238 and a tie for 48th. Kasey Claussen had a score of 243 and Stefanie Ferguson finished with a 244 good for 64th and 66th place finishes in the event, respectively. Natalie Stone rounded our Ram scoring with a 247 and a tie for 71st.

CSU will play next on Oct. 16-18 in the Give Em' Five Invitational in Las Cruces, N.M.
