FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Less than two months away from two of the most anticipated football and volleyball seasons in school history, posters and schedule cards are now available for fans and businesses alike to show their Ram spirit.
The posters and schedule cards, which are available through a variety of different ways, highlight the schedules of the 2008 football and volleyball teams.
With the debut of new head coach Steve Fairchild, the theme of 2008 CSU football is “A new era of Ram Football is coming…ARE YOU READY?” The sharp, bold look of the poster features Fairchild standing in front of top returning players like Kyle Bell, Jeff Horinek and Ricky Brewer.
On the verge of one of the most anticipated CSU volleyball seasons ever, the theme for 2008 CSU volleyball is “The Big Year is HERE!” Coach Tom Hilbert’s Rams, will host big-named opponents such as Arkansas, North Carolina, Florida and Arizona at Moby Arena, where CSU was undefeated last year. Big-time players are back with seniors Ashley Fornstrom, Jaime Strauss and Mekana Barnes, a 2007 All-American. And if that wasn’t enough, CSU will host an NCAA Volleyball Regional for the first time in program history.
Fans can pick up the posters and schedule cards at the McGraw Athletic Center or at the CSU Bookstore.

Student-athletes and volunteers will be distributing the posters and schedule cards to local businesses in the coming weeks. Businesses and organizations that wish to show their support for CSU Athletics are encouraged to contact the marketing office (970/491-2063) to ensure they are on the distribution list.
