CSU tied for 11th in New Mexico Oct. 14 with a score of 908 (+44). Although CSU did not make the top five as hoped, a few individuals played very well. Freshman Emily Roering shaved five strokes off of her previous average (79.11) and set a new career low of 72 (E) during the first round. Senior Kasey Claussen had a good second round, scoring 71 (-1), and sophomore Melissa Martin shot a low 72 (E) during the third round.
