Opening tip
The Rams continue action at the Cancun Governor's Cup, facing SEC foe Ole Miss on Thursday night at Poliforum Benito Juarez in Cancun, Mexico. The second-round matchup between the Rams and the Rebels will be televised live on ESPNU, with Bob Picozzi calling the action and Miles Simon providing color analysis. Tip is set for 7:30 p.m. MT.
About Ole Miss
Ole Miss enters Thursday's matchup against Colorado State with an overall record of 8-2, after picking up an 83-72 opening-round victory over Texas State. The Rebels are riding a five-game winning streak. Two of their wins have come to teams in the Governor's Cup tournament (Southern Mississippi and East Tennessee State).
The Rebels boast a high-powered offense that averages 79.8 points per game, and shoots .471 from the field. Ole Miss's five most recent starters average 77 percent of their points, led by seniors Chris Warren and Zach Graham. The defense is led by Reginald Buckner who has tallied 34 blocks on the season. He also shoots .667 from the floor, a team best.
Head Coach Andy Kennedy, in his fifth season in Oxford, is coming off a 24-11 season that finished in the NIT semifinals.

CSU senior forward Andy Ogide began his collegiate playing career at Ole Miss, appearing in five games for the Rebels as a true freshman in 2006-07. In addition, Ole Miss assistant coach Owen Miller served as an assistant coach at Colorado State from 2004-06 under former Rams head coach Dale Layer.
