CSU's Joseph competes at Canadian Track & Field Championships

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Colorado State senior Nigel Joseph will once again be competing in his native country of Canada beginning Friday at the Canadian Track & Field Championships in Toronto.
Joseph will run a semifinal in the 400-meter hurdles Friday at 4:30 p.m. MDT and the final round will take place Saturday at 12 p.m. He’ll enter the championships as the No. 2 seed, qualifying with a time of 51.52 seconds.
Brown receives honor
Incoming freshman Trevor Brown was honored by USA Today with a spot on the All-USA Track & Field team in the hurdles category. Brown posted impressive times of 13.74 in the 110-meter hurdles, 36.81 in the 300-meter hurdles and 53.87 the 400-meter hurdles this past season.
Selection criteria included ranking on USA Today and Track and Field News national lists, the number of top performances and head-to-head competition during the regular season and in major postseason meets.
