CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced its All-American Scholars on Tuesday, including two Colorado State golfers. Brianna Becker and Mikayla Tatman both earned recognition from the organization, which honors student-athletes with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 and above. Dating back to 2004, at least one Rams golfer has been tabbed for her academic prowess.

During her first season at CSU, Becker competed in nine tournaments, including two at the No. 3 position. She posted a 75.88 season stroke average, a low round of 69 and a low tournament score of an even-par 216. The 3-under 69 came during the final round of the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate, in which CSU posted its best tournament score in six seasons. Studying business administration, Becker holds a 3.67 GPA.

Tatman is a three-time recipient of the WGCA All-American Scholars accolade, in addition to several other Academic All-Mountain West honors. She earned her degree in human development and family studies in May, achieving a 3.63 GPA. On the course, Tatman competed in nine tournaments this past season and recorded a 15th-place finish in CSU's Ptarmigan Ram Classic. Tatman closed her CSU career with 30 total competitions and four top-20 finishes. Her career stroke average of 77.96 ranks in the top 10 of the Rams' record book.
