COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho – The Colorado State women's golf team concluded the Coeur D'Alene Collegiate Invitational on Wednesday afternoon with a 27-over par 300 and finished in 10th out of the 18 schools competing.
After finishing day one of the tournament in fourth place, Katrina Prendergast carded a five-over par 76 to finish the week in 16th with a one-over par 68-70-76--214. The senior had a couple hiccups in the final round, but marked a birdie on three holes.
Ellen Secor finished the final round three-over par 74 and finished the tournament tied for 18th with a two-over par 70-71-74--215.
Haley Greb flipped her card in the final day, carding a team-best two-over par 73. The freshman finished her second tournament with tied for 51st with a 10-over par 77-73-73--223 for the course. Brooke Nolte finished the day with a six-over par 77 in the final round for a course total of 76-74-77--227 and tied for 68th. Fiona Hebbel also recorded a 77 on the day for a 23-over par 81-78-77--236 total and tied for 83rd.
The Rams will have almost two weeks off before heading to Sammamish, Wash., for the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational hosted by Washington Oct. 10-11 at Sahalee Golf Club.
