FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Former Colorado State star wide receiver Michael Gallup had a strong showing at the NFL Combine, performing well in front of NFL scouts and executives at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
His efforts at the Combine sparked a significant amount of positive feedback from NFL scouts and media alike. NFL Draft analyst Mike Mayock was impressed with Gallup's 4.51 40-yard dash time, adding "at 205 pounds, he's a competitor."

Michael Gallup is probably the smoothest wideout in this draft. Everything is effortless. Running, change of direction, tracking the ball. Showing that now in all the WR on-field drills.

Colorado State WR Michael Gallup ran consistent unofficial times of 4.52 and 4.51.

A production freak: 176 receptions, 2,685 yards and 21 TDs over the past two seasons. Good speed range for him as well.#NFLCombine
