AUSTIN, Texas – Colorado State women golfers Katrina Prendergast and Ellen Secor finished their 2017-18 season on Wednesday at the NCAA Austin Regional. Prendergast finished in the upper-third of the field finishing with a three-over par 75 in the final round to finish the week with a three-over par 219 and tied for 24th. Secor placed tied for 69th with a 16-over par 232 and a four-over par 76 in the finale.

The pair again started at 7:50 this morning with Prendergast on the first tee and Secor on the 10th. Prendergast stayed even or below the though the first 14 holes, but a double-bogey on 15 and a bogey on 18 finished the round with a three-over 75. CARD

Secor finished her postseason debut moving up nine spots during the final day. The sophomore started on the back course and made the turn with a one-over par, but a double-bogey on the first hole after the turn put her at three over. Secor finished the round inking two birdies on the front to finish with a three-over par 76. CARD

The Austin Regional was the conclusion of the Colorado State women's golf season as only the top-six teams and three individuals not affiliated with those six teams advance to the NCAA Championship, which takes place May 18-23, 2018 at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Okla.
