Joe Parker announces two CSU Athletics staff promotions

Paul Kirk and Mark Paquette each promoted to Associate A.D.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Colorado State University Director of Athletics Joe Parker announced today that he has promoted two members of the athletics staff.
Assistant A.D. for Communications Paul Kirk and Assistant A.D. for Facilities/Stadium Manager Mark Paquette have each been promoted to Associate Athletics Directors, each in their existing area.
"This was a historic year for Colorado State athletics," said Parker. "Our entire administrative team partnered together to realize many remarkable achievements. I am pleased and excited to be able to recognize Paul and Mark for their significant leadership. Paul has done a tremendous job helping to shine a light on the excellent stories of our student-athletes and coaching staffs. Mark is critical to managing the daily operations of Canvas Stadium, which led to a very successful inaugural year in the facility."
Kirk joined the CSU Athletics team on July 31, 2012, as director of media relations and was promoted to Assistant A.D. for Communications in October 2014. He is responsible for shaping, implementing and managing the Rams' overall athletics communications strategies.
Paquette arrived at CSU in August of 2007 as the assistant facilities director. In July of 2013, Paquette was promoted to Assistant A.D. for Facilities and Event Management. He has managed Canvas Stadium since 2017.
