FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Colorado State Athletics has announced a pair of new social media accounts for the department, as well as updated accounts for all 16 NCAA Division I programs, with a goal of increasing brand awareness and consistency.
Â
Fans are encouraged to follow the Rams on each department channel, and to use the hashtag #ProudToBe to share what makes them proud to be Colorado State Rams fans. One follower on each department account will be selected to win two tickets to any home Colorado State Football game of their choice, and a $25 Under Armour gift card. The contest ends Friday, July 27, and winners will be notified by Monday, July 30.
Â
The main department accounts have added Giphy and Spotify to go along with the updated Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest social media channels.
Â
Giphy is an online database and search engine that allows users to search for and share animated GIF files. Spotify is a digital music service that gives you access to millions of songs and playlists. With the use of these two platforms, fans will be able to share more Colorado State content and get an even more inside look at the student-athletes at CSU.
