Secor wins title at 2018 Oregon Public Links

WOODBURN, Ore. – Colorado State junior Ellen Secor of the women's golf team won the title at the 21st Oregon Public Link Championship, held August 11-12 at the OGA Golf Course in Woodburn, Oregon. Secor led after the first day of play and held the lead through the final day to win her first OGA Championship title.
 
Secor carded a 2-under 70 after the first round to lead the field by two shots heading into the final day. The Portland native made the turn on Sunday at 1-under par, but had a few miscues on the back, recording three bogeys to finish the Championship at even-par. Victoria Gailey from Tigard, Ore., sat three shots back after Saturday and inked a 1-under par the final day to force a playoff with Secor who went on to earn the title on the second playoff hole.
