Moby Loft open for men's and women's basketball games

New area made its debut on Jan. 19 for the women's game versus Utah State
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Moby Arena welcomed a new addition Jan. 19 when the Moby Loft opened for the women's basketball contest against Utah State. This new hospitality area will be open for the remainder of the 2018-19 men's and women's basketball seasons.
The current temporary layout features a pair of temporary bars and a railing to enclose the area on the concourse at the west end of the arena. A more permanent buildout of the space will be introduced in weeks to come, with a permanent railing and two permanent bars. Space is limited, so access will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. All fans are welcome for the remainder of the year, appropriate identification is required to purchase alcohol, and all service is on a cash and/or credit card basis. The area will also continue to be fine-tuned over the coming weeks to enhance the fan experience as well as prepare for the permanent layout.
The space has been a collaboration with several entities that helped bring it to fruition, including Sutherlands and Haselden Construction, CSU Facilities, Spectra, Poudre Fire Authority, High Country Beverage, New Belgium and Swire Coca-Cola. The space opens when Moby Arena doors open for each home game, one hour prior to tipoff.
