LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The Colorado State women' golf team finish its fall schedule with a sixth place finish at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown on Tuesday afternoon. The Rams were led by Andrea Bergsdottir who inked an even 72 in the final round to finish tied for 11th. CSU recorded its lowest round of the tournament in round three with a 294 – its second-lowest round of the fall season.
 
TOURNAMENT NOTES
- The Rams started the three-day tournament with a 310 before responding the final two days – posting lower scores each round
- Andrea Bergsdottir led the Rams tying for 11th overall after carding a pair of 72 even pars in the second and third rounds
- All five Ram players improved their score in every round
- Colorado State holed 35 birdies over the 54-hole tournament, fourth most among the 18 teams
- Jessica Sloot and Andrea Bergsdottir handled the par-5s, finishing three-under on them and led the team carding eight birdies each
- CSU kept its errors to a minimum, recording just 14 double-bogies or worse and making 35 birds and 158 pars
