FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Colorado State swimming & diving squad is headed to the 2018-19 Mountain West Championships, Feb. 20-23 at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
Â
The Rams placed fifth at the MW Championships the last two season, which has been their best result during head coach Woody Woodard's tenure in Fort Collins. Four of Colorado State's all-conference performers from last season are still on the roster, including senior Haley Rowley who was awarded the Mountain West Swimmer of the Meet and MW Swimmer of the Year in 2018. Last season Rowley scored 91 individual points for the Rams, tying for the most of any swimmer at the meet. That point total included wins in the 400 IM and 1650 Freestyle, along with a third place finish in the 500 Free.
