Colorado State held TCU to a -.021 hitting mark.
FORT WORTH, Texas – The Colorado State volleyball team cruised to its second sweep of the day with a straight-set victory over host TCU in the Fight in the Fort Tournament Friday night in front of a sellout crowd of 1,374 Horned Frog faithful. CSU started the day with a sweep over Florida Atlantic.
STAT OF THE GAME
The Rams forced TCU to hit -.021 and record 18 unforced errors.
NOTES
- Breana Runnels led the team with 11 kills, including flooring six in the third set
- Paulina Hougaard-Jensen and Katie Oleksak each recorded four blocks apiece
- Katie Oleksak tallied her first double-double of the season with 26 assists and 11 digs
- Alexa Roumeliotis led the backrow with 12 digs
- The two teams combined for 28 service errors and 14 reception errors
- Alyssa Bert dropped in a team-best four service aces – all in the first set
