FORT COLLINS, Colo. – It all begins – again – at home against New Mexico on October 24 for Colorado State Football as the Mountain West announced its 2020 football schedule on Thursday.

The top two teams with the highest conference winning percentage will face off in the MW Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 19. • The 2020 season will mark the first time the Rams have had an eight-game regular season schedule since the team's return following World War II in 1945.
  • That season, Colorado A&M fielded the youngest starting quarterback in school history, 17-year-old Bob Hainlen.
  • The 2020 season will also include the fewest regular season games since students adopted the "Rams" nickname, also that 1945 season, and it will be the second-latest season opener in school history – the latest coming following the 1918 flu epidemic when the Rams played a two-game schedule that started on Nov. 16 under head coach Harry Hughes.
