Through the partnership, the Denver TV market will see an increased number of CSU Athletic events.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Colorado State Athletics and Evoca, a Next-Gen TV solution, have partnered to elevate Ram athletic events to an even wider audience, including on televisions in the Denver metro area.

With the new partnership, fans of the Green and Gold in the Denver area will be able to tune into Local3 (KCDO-TV) on channel 3 on cable, satellite and over the air via antenna to watch their Rams in action. Select Rams events that will air on Local3 may include men's basketball, women's basketball, soccer, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.

Evoca harnesses the power of ATSC 3.0 – America's newest broadcast TV standard – to provide subscribers unmatched audio and video clarity and a variety of quality, must-watch TV programming. The service includes a growing lineup of high-quality, high-definition programming via a proprietary receiver (called "Scout") to access live local sports, news, weather channels, as well as some of the most popular video-on-demand programming.

Colorado State Volleyball's match with Colorado was the first event to air on Local3 on Saturday, Sept. 18.  Two additional soccer matches and four additional volleyball matches will be available on Local3 with Evoca for the remainder of the fall competition schedule. Men's and women's basketball games will be added once television selections through the Mountain West Conference are completed.

"We are excited to partner with Evoca to expand our reach throughout the Denver area," said Director of Athletics Joe Parker. "In partnership with Evoca, Colorado State alumni and fans throughout the entire state of Colorado will have expanded opportunities to follow more of our teams live. With so many alumni and fans concentrated in this great state and the city of Denver, we have heard the desire for more programming options, and we are absolutely thrilled to partner with Evoca and Local3."

"The partnership with Colorado State allows us to bring high-quality live local sports to consumers in Colorado at an affordable cost," said Evoca President and CEO Todd Achilles. "We're excited to be able to connect fans with their teams and are looking forward to forging more relationships to bring more local sports content to communities in Colorado."

In the near future, fans outside of the Local3 service area will be able to sign up for Evoca.  Evoca will share updates about availability in Colorado in the coming months.
