Roddy Named To Air Force Reserve Mountain West Championship All-Tournament Team

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Colorado State junior forward was named to the Air Force Reserve Mountain West Championship All-Tournament Team Saturday afternoon. He is the fifth Ram ever honored on the Mountain West event's squad and 10th overall in all conference tournaments.

Roddy was the leader of the Rams in the postseason event, averaging 17.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in 37 minutes a game at the Mountain West Championship. He shot 56.5 percent (13-of-23) from the field in the two games while adding 3.0 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.5 steals a contest. In the quarterfinal win over Utah State, he tallied 13 points on 6-of-9 from the field and grabbed six rebounds. Then in the semifinal against San Diego State, Roddy scored a game-high 22 points and added nine rebounds, four assists and three steals.

The Rams will await their destination for the NCAA Tournament on Sunday at 4 p.m. MT, as CSU anticipates making its first appearance in March Madness since 2013.
