FORT COLLINS – Coming off a year where Colorado State soccer matched the program record for wins and earned the program's best finish in the Mountain West, the Rams placed a pair of players on the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team. Mia Casey and Avery Vander Ven earned first and second team All-Pacific honors announced by the association.

Casey had a stellar sophomore season for the Rams. The first team selection ended the year with seven goals and seven assists to lead the team. She finished an assist shy of matching the program's single-season record. Casey scored all seven of her goals against Mountain West competition, five during the regular season and two more in the quarterfinals against Nevada.

Vander Ven earned second team honors after leading CSU's backline efforts in 2024. The fifth-year was not just a stalwart on defense but chipped in offensively too with three goals and three assists. Vander Ven helped CSU record nine shutouts on the year while not missing a minute of action.

Casey and Vander Ven are the first two Rams to earn All-Pacific region honors since 2019.
