Eight games in Moby Arena on tap, season tickets on sale now.
FORT COLLINS – Colorado State women's basketball announced its non-conference schedule for the 2024-25 season on Wednesday, a home-heavy slate for Ram Fans to enjoy with eight games set to be played in Moby Arena.
Â
"Really excited about the upcoming non-conference schedule as it's one of the most challenging we've had in my 13 years here," head coach Ryun Williams said. "It's a schedule filled with opportunities for some big wins, and our home fans are going to love the opportunity to see us take on a pair of Sweet 16 teams from last season. It's a big-time schedule, so we better have some good practices this fall."
Â
The season tips off in Moby Arena as the Rams welcome San Francisco on Nov. 4, with Colorado State looking to win a seventh-straight home opener. The challenging schedule is highlighted by a pair of marquee home matchups against teams which advanced deep into the 2024 NCAA Tournament. Oregon State (Elite 8) will try its hand against Moby Madness on Nov. 8, and a month later it will be Gonzaga's (Sweet 16) turn to test the Green and Gold.
Â
In between those games lies a trip to visit Big-12 foe BYU (Nov. 13) and a four-game homestand featuring a clash against Northern Arizona (Nov. 23). The Rams will spend Thanksgiving in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico, for the 2024 Puerto Rico College Sports Tours Thanksgiving Classico on Nov. 29-30. CSU will square off against Kent State – the 2023-24 MAC Tournament Champions – before turning around to play Brown the following day.
Â
The final non-conference matchup in Fort Collins is a game against UTEP on Dec. 16, after which the Rams will travel to play in the 2024 San Diego State Classic on Dec. 20-21. Exact opponents have yet to be finalized.
