Four game win streak snapped at The Pit

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Colorado State's four game win streak was snapped on Wednesday night in an 87-65 loss to New Mexico inside the Pit.

CSU held the lead with 12:51 left in the game, but were outscored by the Lobos 38-15 the rest of the way.

Trailing 35-31 at the break, the Rams battled back early in the second half with a 7-0 run going to the free throw line on four straight trips.

Kyan Evans played well for CSU scoring 15 points, but he had to sit a large portion of the second half after he picked up his fourth foul just two minutes and 13 seconds into the second half.

The loss drops CSU to 14-8 on the year and 8-3 in Mountain West play.
